Huge emphasis is placed on food at Eshott Hall and we are proud of using fresh, locally sourced ingredients where possible, much of which comes from our own kitchen garden. Our Head Chef, Chris Wood, creates exciting and innovative menus from seasonal produce. Breakfast at Eshott Hall is second to none with choices including full Northumbrian breakfast, Sunny Hill free range eggs, kippers from Seahouses and smoked salmon from Craster. Dinner is an experience in fine dining, in the elegant surroundings of the Ballroom or the more intimate Dining Room, and with constantly changing menus using the freshest ingredients.
